Process & Shipping
All Ready to Ship orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of you placing the order and a delivery time frame between 2 to 4 business days. All custom wig orders have a processing time of 7 to 21 business days excluding weekends and holidays. All BYOB orders have a processing time of 7 to 14 business days. Please be advised that processing period and shipping time frame are separate.
All orders are shipped with USPS. Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 4 business days. A tracking number will be sent via email so you can track your package every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. There will not be any refunds nor replacements given for lost or stolen packages.
